Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing & IT Executive to promote our products and provide basic IT support within the organization. The candidate should have knowledge of digital marketing, website management, computer systems, and office software.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Manage company website content and updates.
• Upload new products, catalogs, and brochures.
• Handle SEO for better Google rankings.
• Manage Google Business Profile.
• Create social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
• Run email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain customer database.
• Generate marketing reports.
• Create product presentations and promotional materials.
• Coordinate exhibition marketing

Website Management

• Update product pages.
• Upload catalogs, videos, and technical documents.
• Maintain inquiry forms.
• Monitor website performance.
• Coordinate with website developers.

Computer & IT Support

• Install Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Configure printers and scanners.
• Basic LAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• User account creation and password management.
• Install and update software.
• Data backup
• Troubleshoot desktop and laptop issues.
• Basic Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
