Digital Marketing Fresher

We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing channels, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
• Manage and update social media accounts, including creating and scheduling engaging content.
• Support SEO and SEM activities to improve website visibility.
• Monitor website and social media performance using analytics tools.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns and maintain subscriber databases.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in creating marketing materials such as blogs, banners, social media posts, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and other team members to execute campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing or internships in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing tools.
• Experience with marketing automation tools is an advantage.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
