2–4 Years of Relevant Hands-on Experience

• SEO – On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO
• Google Ads Campaign Planning, Management & Optimization
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Management
• Social Media Marketing & Content Strategy
• Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis
• Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) & Google Search Console
• Google Tag Manager (GTM) & Conversion Tracking
• Meta Pixel, Conversion API & Event Tracking
• Local SEO & Google Business Profile Optimization
• Website SEO Audit & Performance Optimization
• Backlink & Link-Building Strategies
• Audience Targeting, Remarketing & Retargeting
• Campaign Reporting, A/B Testing & ROI/ROAS Optimization
• Monitor website traffic, rankings, leads and campaign performance

🛠️ Required Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of SEO, Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console & Google Tag Manager
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel & Conversion API
• Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest or similar tools
• Strong understanding of Lead Generation, Paid Advertising & Remarketing
• Good knowledge of Social Media Marketing & Content Strategy
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of WordPress & Website Management will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns

⭐ Preferred

• Experience in Service-Based / Local Business Marketing
• Experience managing Lead Generation Campaigns
• Knowledge of Canva / Photoshop will be an added advantage
• Experience handling digital marketing budgets and performance reports
