Digital Marketing Executive - Google & Meta Ads

We are expanding our team and looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online student acquisition and lead generation efforts. Job Overview: As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will design, run, and optimize paid campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. Your primary goal will be to generate high-quality leads (student inquiries and admissions) for our academy programs. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Build, launch, and monitor paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram). Lead Generation: Optimize ad delivery to maintain a low Cost Per Lead (CPL) while maximizing conversion volume. Targeting & Strategy: Define and target specific student demographics, lookalike audiences, and high-intent educational keywords. Creatives & Copy: Write high-converting ad copy and coordinate with graphic designers for banner images and video reels. Performance Tracking: Maintain daily sheets of budget spent, leads generated, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Requirements: Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience handling Google and Meta ads (educational sector experience is a huge plus). Skills: Strong understanding of custom audiences, keyword research, and ad bidding strategies. Location: Must be willing to work full-time from our office near BHU, Varanasi. Language: Proficient in Hindi and basic professional English for writing ad copies.
