We run performance marketing, SEO, and brand campaigns for clients across sectors including manufacturing, real estate, and healthcare, with an empanelled JioHotstar Ads partnership and programmatic/display capabilities.

The Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our performance marketing team in Kolkata, with a strong focus on paid advertising. You'll get hands-on exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic/CTV campaigns — including our JioHotstar Ads inventory — while working alongside experienced strategists on live client accounts.

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning and executing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic/display platforms
• Support campaign setup, audience targeting, budget pacing, and bid optimization
• Monitor live campaigns daily and flag performance issues or optimization opportunities
• Assist with ad creative and copy testing (A/B testing) to improve campaign performance
• Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ad platform dashboards
• Support light SEO tasks such as keyword research and on-page optimization as needed
• Coordinate with the creative team on ad creative and asset requirements
• Support the client servicing team with research, data compilation, and performance reporting decks
• Stay current on paid media trends, platform updates, and auction/bidding best practices

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong interest in performance marketing, paid advertising, and data-driven decision-making
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and dashboards
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
• An analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Freshers are welcome — prior internship experience in performance marketing/paid ads is a plus but not mandatory

Good to Have

• Google Ads or Google Analytics (GA4) certification
• Internship experience running or assisting with paid campaigns
• Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals
