Job DescriptionPosition: Digital Media & Web Executive Department: Marketing & Communications Location: Medzuro – India Office Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryThe Digital Media & Web Executive will be responsible for creating engaging digital content, managing Medzuro's social media platforms, editing promotional videos, and maintaining website content. The role requires creativity, technical skills, and the ability to produce high-quality marketing materials that strengthen Medzuro's online presence and support patient engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, edit, and produce high-quality promotional videos, patient testimonials, educational videos, and advertisements for social media and digital marketing campaigns. Design creative graphics, banners, brochures, posters, and other marketing materials in accordance with Medzuro's branding guidelines. Manage and maintain Medzuro's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels. Plan, schedule, and publish social media content while monitoring audience engagement and responding to basic inquiries when required. Develop and maintain basic HTML landing pages and update website content as required. Upload blogs, news articles, product information, and multimedia content to the company website. Assist in website maintenance, content optimization, and basic SEO implementation. Coordinate with the marketing and patient coordination teams to develop promotional campaigns and awareness initiatives. Create content for healthcare awareness campaigns, medical tourism promotions, doctor profiles, and patient success stories. Monitor social media performance, website traffic, and campaign analytics, and prepare periodic performance reports. Ensure all digital content complies with company branding, quality standards, and healthcare communication guidelines. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, AI tools, and design technologies to improve marketing performance. Required SkillsProficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent. Experience with graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software. Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website development. Familiarity with WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS). Understanding of social media management and digital marketing strategies. Basic knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization. Strong creative thinking, communication, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines. QualificationBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field. Relevant experience in video editing, social media management, web content management, or digital marketing will be preferred. Working ConditionsFull-time position based at the Medzuro India Office. Candidate may occasionally be required to work beyond normal office hours to support marketing campaigns, events, or urgent business requirements.
