Responsibilities

• Handling the communication with the client and team
• Written, verbal , and telephonic conversations with clients
• Scheduling and organising the meetings
• Maintaining the end-to-end data
• Checking and fulfilling the requirements of the clients and team
• Prepare the working procedure for projects
• Collect, arrange and check out the workflow, data, changes etc.
• Check out whether the procedure that it is being followed or not
• Assigning the task to the team members
• Checking and providing the resources to the team members.
• Coordinating with the team to meet the deadlines
• Checking and controlling the progress of the projects
• Monitor daily /monthly progress
• Act as an intermediary between the client and team
• Analyse risks and opportunities of the project
• Maintain and prepare documentation
• Handling issues arose in the project
• Checking the past projects after certain duration of time
• Auditing and reporting of the project
• Checking out the content requirement
• Check out the website performance, functioning, content quality etc.

• Excellent communication

• Detailed overview about the project or its working procedure
• Around 2 years of experience in the same field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹33,016.55 per month
