The Creative Studio is looking for a Digital Marketing Client Handling Executive who can manage client communication, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure the smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them to the internal team.
• Coordinate with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media, and Design teams.
• Track campaign progress and provide regular updates to clients.
• Schedule meetings and prepare meeting notes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle client queries and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in client handling within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing services.
• Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
