Role Overview

As a seasoned Digital Marketing & Branding Specialist at Comhard Technologies, you will play a crucial role in elevating the brand presence and driving impactful marketing campaigns. Your core mandates will include generating a consistent pipeline of qualified new leads for cloud and technology solutions and re‑engaging existing customers for upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. You will be responsible for owning the brand narrative, digital marketing strategy, and campaign execution across various digital touchpoints. Collaboration with sales, design, and content teams is key, along with mentoring the in‑house Junior Digital Marketer. Your deep expertise in B2B performance marketing and brand building within the IT, Cloud, or SaaS space will be invaluable to the team.

Key Responsibilities

Core focus areas include new lead generation and remarketing to existing customers.

New Lead Generation (Primary Focus)

• Design and execute B2B lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Optimize lead funnels from awareness ads to landing pages, lead magnets, and CRM handoff.
• Run targeted outbound and inbound campaigns to attract decision‑makers in key industries.
• Develop gated content to capture high‑intent leads for cloud and technology solutions.
• Continuously test and optimize lead quality, CPL, and lead‑to‑opportunity conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the sales team for smooth handover and follow‑up of leads.

Remarketing & Existing Customer Engagement (Primary Focus)

• Manage remarketing campaigns targeting website visitors and existing customers.
• Create segmented email nurture programs for re‑engaging lapsed customers and cross‑selling relevant solutions.
• Design customer lifecycle marketing journeys tailored to different segments.
• Identify expansion opportunities within the existing customer base and execute targeted outreach.
• Track and improve customer retention metrics and revenue from existing accounts.

Brand Strategy & Awareness

• Drive Comhard's brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across digital channels.
• Develop integrated brand campaigns to enhance awareness in the IT/Cloud market.
• Ensure brand consistency in all communications and collateral.

Performance Marketing & Campaign Management

• Plan and manage paid campaigns across various platforms.
• Optimize budget allocation, bidding strategies, and A/B testing for maximum ROI.
• Tie every campaign to measurable outcomes such as leads generated and revenue.

Digital Marketing Operations

• Lead SEO and SEM strategies for improved search visibility.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and manage social media content calendars.
• Oversee website updates, landing page creation, and CRO activities.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor KPIs related to leads, conversions, and customer reactivation.
• Utilize analytics tools for actionable insights and present monthly reports to leadership.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

• Guide and mentor Junior Digital Marketer and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage external agencies or vendors when necessary.

Market Intelligence

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and plan promotional activities.

Qualifications & Education

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, with 2 years in a senior role.
• Proven track record of managing B2B marketing campaigns with measurable results.
• Experience in IT, Cloud, SaaS, or Technology industry is preferred.
