Digital Marketing Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Associate to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, paid advertising, social media management, content marketing, and lead generation, with the ability to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Manage the company's social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and performance analysis.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
• Generate quality leads through both paid and organic digital marketing channels.
• Create engaging content for blogs, landing pages, social media posts, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools.
• Strong content writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
