Digital marketing analyst – SEO + AI

Esperer Motors is a fast-growing automotive aesthetics and performance brand — we manufacture and export body kits, spoilers, side skirts, splitters, and styling accessories, and we're an authorized partner for global performance brands like Brembo, Bilstein, EBC, H&R, Forge, DGR, Eibach, BMC, Brake Kraft, and MTS.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst who lives and breathes SEO, uses AI to move faster than a traditional marketer, and has the sales instinct to turn traffic into revenue — not just rankings.

What you'll do

• Own SEO end-to-end: keyword research, on-page/technical SEO, content, and link building
• Run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) alongside organic growth
• Use AI tools daily — for content drafting, keyword research, reporting, and campaign optimization
• Work directly with sales to convert digital leads into orders and dealer/installer sales
• Build content and social presence (Instagram, YouTube) for car enthusiasts and tuners
• Track performance in GA4/Search Console and report on traffic, conversions, and ROAS

What you bring

• 2–5 years in digital marketing with a strong, provable SEO track record
• Hands-on with GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush/Ahrefs
• High fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, AI SEO platforms) — not just aware of them, actually using them to get more done
• Strong sales acumen — comfortable owning a lead through to conversion
• Excellent communication and a data-driven mindset

Bonus points

• Experience in automotive, performance parts, or D2C/e-commerce brands
• Comfort with WhatsApp/CRM lead management, dealer/installer channel marketing, or community-led growth (car meets, enthusiast forums, influencer collabs)
• You've built a GPT, prompt library, or automation that actually saved you hours
