Position: Social Media Content Creator 📍 Location: On site 💼 Type: Full-Time About the Role We're looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging content for multiple client accounts across different industries. You'll be responsible for creating content that is entertaining, informative, relatable, and aligned with each brand's personality. From brainstorming viral reel ideas and writing compelling hooks to collaborating on video shoots and staying ahead of social media trends, you'll play a key role in helping brands grow online.

This is the perfect role for someone who spends time understanding what works on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, enjoys experimenting with new formats, and loves bringing creative ideas to life.

What You'll Do ✅ Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms ✅ Develop reel concepts, short-form video ideas, and carousel content ✅ Write attention-grabbing hooks, captions, and content scripts ✅ Research trends, memes, viral formats, and creator content for inspiration ✅ Brainstorm fresh content ideas and campaign concepts for multiple brands ✅ Work with designers and video editors to produce high-quality content ✅ Assist during content shoots and help execute creative concepts ✅ Ensure content reflects each client's brand voice and marketing objectives ✅ Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats ✅ Contribute ideas that improve engagement, reach, and audience growth What We're Looking For ✔️ 1-3 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing ✔️ Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts ✔️ Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging captions, hooks, and scripts ✔️ Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content ✔️ Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar content creation tools ✔️ Understanding of social media trends and audience behavior ✔️ Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines ✔️ Strong communication and collaboration skills You'll Stand Out If You 🔥 You're always saving trending reels and content ideas 🔥 You know what makes people stop scrolling 🔥 You understand trending audio, memes, and internet culture 🔥 You enjoy creating content that feels native to each platform 🔥 You have basic video editing or content shooting experience 🔥 You've grown a personal page, managed a brand account, or created viral content 🔥 You love experimenting with new content formats and creative ideas Success in This Role - Creating content that consistently drives engagement and reach
