MailerMen is looking for a DevOps / SRE Engineer to join our growing Surat engineering group. You will improve deployment automation, infrastructure reliability and application observability, making releases faster, safer and more consistent. This is an entry-level role suited to recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow with structured mentorship. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Surat office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.

Department: DevOps & Site Reliability Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health, logs and infrastructure metrics.
• Harden container images and deployment configurations.
• Collaborate with developers on reliability and release practices.
• Troubleshoot deployment and production incidents.
• Containerize applications using Docker and support Kubernetes workloads.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and track action items.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
• Good to have: Python, ELK Stack, Datadog, ArgoCD, Helm, Grafana
