Role Overview

Were looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in both cloud infrastructure (AWS) and physical server management. You will be responsible for deploying and maintaining scalable systems, automating infrastructure, and managing deployments across on-premise and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deploy cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, etc.)Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)Install, configure, and maintain physical servers (Linux-based) in on-prem environmentsHandle network setup, firewall rules, and server monitoringUse tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Work with Docker and basic Kubernetes deployment setupsImplement monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch[any one]Perform routine server maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting (disk, CPU, RAM, RAID)Ensure data backup, high availability, and disaster recovery plansCollaborate with developers to improve deployment workflows and resolve system issues

Required Skills

2-4 years of experience in DevOps/System Admin rolesStrong hands-on experience with AWS cloud servicesExperience managing and troubleshooting physical Linux serversFamiliar with networking basics, DNS, and port/firewall configurationsExperience with automation/scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)Knowledge of version control systems like Git

Nice to Have

Basic experience with Kubernetes and container orchestrationExposure to hardware monitoring, IPMI (iLO/iDRAC), or RAID configurationsCertifications in AWS, Linux, or DevOps toolsExperience working in hybrid (cloud + on-prem) infrastructure
