Job Description & Responsibilities

DevOps Engineer AI & Automation (Noida) is a delivery-focused opportunity based in Noida, India. Based in Noida, you will manage repositories, build secure CI/CD pipelines, and design autonomous coding, testing, and codereview agents using cuttingedge AI tools.Key responsibilitiesDesign and enforce repository branching strategies and access governance across teams.Build, optimize, and secure multienvironment CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.Provision and manage cloud resources as code using Terraform, Pulumi, or Bicep, ensuring zerodrift environments.Integrate DevSecOps controls such as secret scanning, vulnerability checks, and SAST/DAST into pipelines.Deploy and orchestrate AI coding agents (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot Workspace, Anthropic SDK) to automate task execution across branches.Maintain repositorylevel context files and prompts to guide AI agents.Implement AIpowered codereview and testing agents, establishing safety guardrails and humanintheloop approvals.Required profileMinimum 2years of handson experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and IaC.Strong knowledge of Git internals, branch protection rules and repository permissions.Proven experience configuring AI coding tools or SDKs such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Anthropic agents.Ability to design secure, automated pipelines and enforce DevSecOps best practices.Required skillsCI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOpsContainerisation: Docker, KubernetesIaC: Terraform, Pulumi, Bicep, CloudFormationSecurity tools: Gitleaks, Trivy, Snyk, SAST/DAST solutionsAI coding agents: Claude Code, Anthropic Agent SDK, GitHub Copilot Workspace/AgentsGit repository management and branching strategies . Translate product or business requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions. Write high-quality code with appropriate testing, code review, and documentation discipline. Collaborate with product, design, QA, and peer engineers to deliver reliable releases. Investigate bugs, performance issues, and production risks with a strong root-cause mindset. Improve system reliability, observability, and maintainability through thoughtful engineering decisions. Contribute to architecture and implementation discussions with pragmatic technical trade-offs. Break down complex work into clear milestones and communicate status transparently. Refactor and simplify existing code where it improves long-term velocity and quality. Support release readiness by validating edge cases, dependencies, and rollback considerations. Share knowledge through pairing, mentoring, documentation, and constructive code reviews. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Strong coding fundamentals with attention to reliability, performance, and maintainability. Experience working with code reviews, testing practices, and collaborative delivery workflows. Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear technical solutions. Comfort partnering with cross-functional teams in iterative product or platform environments.
