Own and scale the company's Kubernetes-based infrastructure platform

Drive the CI/CD transformation, including GitOps workflows, release automation, and multi-environment deployments

Build secure and reliable deployment pipelines with proper QA gates and production promotion processes

Manage Kubernetes workloads, autoscaling, ingress, service mesh, and infrastructure configurations

Lead on-premise deployments for enterprise customers

Migrate and manage secrets using modern secrets management platforms

Maintain branch protection policies, CI gates, and infrastructure security best practices

Own observability systems including metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards, and alerting

Monitor platform reliability, troubleshoot incidents, and improve system resilience

Manage backups, disaster recovery, and infrastructure reliability across production systems

Have 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering

Have strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments

Are proficient with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar platforms

Have experience with Docker, GitOps workflows, and Infrastructure as Code

Have worked extensively with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

Have experience using Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or similar automation tools

Understand networking, security, secrets management, and production operations

Have experience managing monitoring, logging, and observability systems

Enjoy troubleshooting complex distributed systems and production issues

Thrive in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership and autonomy ⚡ Bonus points if you:

Have experience managing on-premise deployments for enterprise customers

Have worked with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger, or similar observability stacks

Have implemented GitOps workflows using tools such as ArgoCD or Flux

Have experience with service mesh technologies and advanced Kubernetes operations

Have built scalable infrastructure for AI, machine learning, or developer tooling platforms
