Job Description – DevOps & Cloud Engineer (AWS | Linux | Automation) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience: 4–7 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled DevOps & Cloud Engineer to manage, automate, and optimize our cloud infrastructure and application deployment processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AWS, Linux administration, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure automation, and cloud operations to ensure secure, scalable, and highly available production environments. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and hybrid cloud environments. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI. Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) . Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible . Perform Linux server administration, performance tuning, patching, and troubleshooting. Implement backup, disaster recovery, replication, and high-availability solutions. Monitor infrastructure and applications using CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK. Manage networking, IAM, VPC, VPN, storage, and cloud security best practices. Develop automation scripts using Bash and Python . Collaborate with development teams to streamline application deployment and release management. Ensure system reliability, security, scalability, and operational excellence. Required Skills4–7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch). Experience with Docker and Kubernetes . Expertise in CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI. Hands-on experience with Terraform , Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills. Experience with Python and Bash scripting. Knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL backup, replication, and disaster recovery. Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools. Good understanding of networking, cloud security, and DevSecOps practices. Preferred QualificationsAWS or Kubernetes certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer, CKA). Experience with GitOps, ArgoCD, Helm, or HashiCorp Vault. Exposure to GCP or multi-cloud environments. Experience supporting enterprise or government projects.
