Development Manager (Core Java, Full Stack Developer)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Development Manager / Tech Lead (Full Stack) to provide technical leadership and hands‑on development across front‑end and back‑end systems. The role focuses on building scalable, high‑quality applications while driving engineering excellence, best practices, and team mentorship.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product owners, architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver robust and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across full‑stack application development
• Define and drive solution architecture and technical design
• Develop and maintain scalable applications using Core Java and modern frameworks
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding, security, and performance standards
• Lead and support resolution of complex technical issues
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
• Mentor and guide developers to improve team capability and delivery quality
• Drive Agile practices including sprint planning, estimations, and execution
• Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies
• Support production releases, incident management, and continuous improvements

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Core Java development
• Hands‑on experience in Full Stack development (frontend + backend)
• Strong knowledge of system design and architecture principles
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with Angular and/or React
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills
