Developer

Overview

We’re seeking a Developer to design and deliver applications using .NET, SQL Server, and Angular. This role involves building scalable APIs, optimizing stored procedures/databases, and creating front-end features. You’ll work with modern engineering practices including CI/CD, observability, and secure coding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance HomeWiseDocs frontend and backend features under guidance from senior engineers.
• Implement UI components, API integrations, bug fixes, and small-to-medium feature tasks.
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following team standards.
• Assist with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Debug application issues and support QA validation.
• Learn the HomeWiseDocs product domain, workflows, and existing architecture.
• Collaborate with product, QA, design, and engineering teams to deliver customer-facing improvements.
• Build foundational knowledge in platform modernization, cloud workflows, and secure development.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of software development experience or equivalent project experience.
• Good foundation in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Basic experience with React and modern frontend development.
• Basic understanding of Node.js, Express, REST APIs, or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, responsive design, and accessibility basics.
• Basic SQL knowledge, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Git, NPM, and common development tools.
• Exposure to testing tools such as Jest or Cypress is preferred.
• Willingness to learn Docker, AWS, Apollo, Vite, secure coding, and production support practices.
