Designer - Graphic and Video

Role Overview

We are seeking a Designer to join our business team and lead creative output across sales, marketing and go-to-market efforts. This role requires someone who treats design strategically, with every asset reflecting our services, clients and commercial goals. The Designer will own end-to-end creation of pitch decks, sales collateral, marketing assets, videos and brand materials grounded in business context and delivered with the pace and quality of a client-facing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Techjays' business, service lines, target markets, and client profiles and apply that context to every creative deliverable.
• Design high-impact pitch decks, proposals and sales presentations that clearly articulate our value proposition to clients, partners, and prospects.
• Produce and edit videos for client engagements, product showcases, marketing campaigns and internal communications.
• Lead the creation of marketing collateral, including social media creatives, campaign assets, posters, logos and branded merchandise.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing and leadership teams to translate business objectives into effective visual communication.
• Leverage AI-based design, presentation and video tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and turnaround without compromising creative integrity.
• Operate across time zones to support stakeholders and business leads based in multiple regions.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional design experience, with a significant portion in business-facing, sales, or marketing-driven creative roles.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across video editing, graphics & brand designs, brand and marketing collateral.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into design, presentation and video production workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take full ownership of deliverables.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience designing for technology, IT services, SaaS, or AI-focused organizations.
• Exposure to global client engagements and cross-cultural business communication.
• A commercial mindset with an understanding of how design contributes to revenue, brand equity, and client perception.

Tools & Skills

• Productivity: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
• Design: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or equivalent industry-standard tools
• Video: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or equivalent editing and motion tools
