Design Intern (UI/UX & Graphic Design) – Paid Internship

Are you passionate about creating meaningful digital experiences?

We're looking for a creative and motivated Design Intern to join the YourGynac team. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys solving user problems, designing intuitive interfaces, and creating engaging visual content.

You'll work closely with our product, engineering, and content teams to design experiences that make women's healthcare more accessible, intuitive, and engaging.

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our mobile and web applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Design marketing creatives, social media posts, presentations, and educational assets.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct basic user research and usability analysis to improve user experience.
• Maintain and expand our design system and component library.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and business requirements.
• Contribute fresh ideas that improve both usability and visual storytelling.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX, graphic design, or personal design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and responsive design principles.
• Basic knowledge of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn through feedback.
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for designing products that create meaningful social impact.

Bonus Points

• Experience designing mobile applications.
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
• Experience creating illustrations, animations, or motion graphics.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
• Interest in healthcare, wellness, or women's health.
