Deputy General Manager - Finance & Accounts - Retail - CA

Key Responsibilities

• Manage finance & accounts operations including consolidation and financial reporting.
• Handle monthly book closure, quarterly limited reviews, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with Big 4 auditors and external stakeholders.
• Prepare board presentations and financial MIS reports.
• Oversee subsidiary financial management and corporate accounting activities.
• Ensure ERP-driven financial process efficiency and compliance.
• Lead and manage finance teams of 20+ members.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS and corporate governance standards.
