We are a quick-growing technology startup building innovative AI-powered products. One of our latest products helps users create AI-generated faceless stories and automatically publish them across social media platforms.

We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Executive who can help us drive user acquisition, increase brand awareness, and generate growth for our products through paid advertising, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase product signups and user engagement.
• Create engaging marketing content using AI tools, Canva, ChatGPT, and other content creation platforms.
• Manage and improve the company's online presence across social media channels.
• Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices for company websites and landing pages.
• Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights through analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with the product and management team to develop growth strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and AI marketing trends.

Must-Have Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns.
• Hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Understanding of campaign optimization, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing reporting tools.
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing activities.

Good to Have

• SEO experience.
• Canva or graphic design skills.
• Short-form video content creation experience.
• Experience promoting SaaS, AI products, software products, or mobile applications.
• Experience with marketing automation tools.
