Deep Learning Trainer (Hybrid – Online & Offline)

IMPORTANT: This role is strictly for experienced TRAINERS only. Developers, Engineers, or professionals with no prior training/teaching experience will NOT be considered.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Deep Learning Trainer to deliver hands-on training sessions in a hybrid format (online + offline). The ideal candidate must have proven training/teaching delivery experience — not just hands-on development experience — with the ability to simplify complex Deep Learning topics for learners of varying skill levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured Deep Learning training sessions covering Neural Networks, CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers, and related frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
• Design and prepare curriculum, hands-on exercises, and real-world projects
• Conduct sessions both online (virtual) and offline (in-person) as per schedule
• Evaluate learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects
• Provide mentorship and doubt-resolution support to participants

Requirements

• M.Tech qualification (mandatory)
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Deep Learning / AI training (not just industry development experience)
• Strong command over Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and Deep Learning architectures
• Prior corporate/institutional training or teaching experience is mandatory — candidates with only developer/engineer backgrounds and no training experience will not be shortlisted
• Must be based in or willing to travel to Kalyan, Mumbai for offline sessions
