About this role

Algomind Academy is hiring a Deep Learning Trainer for our Indore campus. In this role you will focus on Deep Learning classroom training, working closely with our academic and operations teams to deliver a high-quality, outcome-driven learning experience for our students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured offline classroom sessions as per the approved curriculum
• Run daily hands-on lab practice and resolve student doubts
• Design assignments, assessments and mentor-reviewed projects
• Track student progress and support slow learners individually
• Keep course content updated with current industry practice
• Represent Algomind Academy professionally with students, parents and partners

• TensorFlow / PyTorch
• CNNs & RNNs
• Transfer learning
• Model tuning
• Research awareness

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior teaching, training or mentoring experience
• Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline (B.Tech / MCA / BCA / MBA as applicable)
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
• Portfolio, certifications or real project work in the relevant domain
