Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Deep Learning Engineer to design, develop, and support deep learning solutions for text, computer vision, speech, and structured data applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, data, and engineering teams to build secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy deep learning models for NLP, computer vision, speech recognition, and structured data applications.
• Build and optimize deep neural networks using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Develop scalable data pipelines for training, validation, and inference.
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate deep learning models for production environments.
• Optimize model performance using GPU acceleration and distributed computing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Integrate deep learning models with enterprise applications through APIs and cloud platforms.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve model performance and accuracy.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow AI development best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with Deep Neural Networks
• Experience with GPU-based model training and optimization
• Knowledge of Data Pipelines and large-scale data processing
• Experience with Model Evaluation, validation, and performance tuning
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning algorithms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Speech Recognition
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with MLOps and model deployment is an added advantage

Experience

• Up to 5 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant hands-on experience in Deep Learning Engineering or closely related technologies.
