• 3–5 years of experience in data science roles.
• Prior experience in BFSI sector (Banking/Insurance/Fintech) is mandatory.
• Proven record in credit risk, fraud analytics, or customer analytics is a plus.
• Analyze structured and unstructured financial data to uncover trends, anomalies, and insights.
• Build predictive models for credit risk, fraud detection, customer segmentation, churn analysis, etc.
• Develop and validate statistical and ML models in compliance with BFSI regulatory norms (e.g., Basel, IFRS 9).
• Work closely with risk, compliance, and business teams to translate data insights into actionable decisions.
• Present findings and dashboards to senior management using visualization tools.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and lineage throughout the analytics lifecycle
