Job Description
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science/engineering, or related Analytics fields.
4+ years of experience in Advanced Analytics/Predictive Modeling, with client management experience.
Experience in HR Analytics is advantageous.
Proficient in Python and various modeling techniques, including machine learning and statistical methods.
Skilled in developing and deploying machine learning models, SQL querying, and data visualization.
Familiarity with cloud computing, Databricks, and industry best practices for Python coding.
Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
Adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments, and capable of understanding cross-cultural differences.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Client and EXL teams to establish relationships with stakeholders and identify growth opportunities.
Develop enduring, trusted advisor relationships with clients.
Analyze structured and unstructured data to address specific questions or problems across functional areas.
Ensure adherence to industry best practices and communicate effectively with the delivery team.
Brainstorm pain areas, identify issues, and lead resolution efforts.
Facilitate client working sessions and chair recurring project status meetings.
Typical work involves engaging with stakeholders as an individual contributor.
