Data Scientist – Power BI

You will build predictive models and automate data collection to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Automate data collection processes and identify valuable data sources.
• Pre-process structured and unstructured data for analysis.
• Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and ensemble models.
• Visualize data trends and patterns to propose strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve data system functionality.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a Data Scientist or Data Analyst role.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for database querying and statistical analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Hadoop.
• Expertise in data mining and statistical techniques including GLM/Regression, Random Forest, and Boosting.
• Experience implementing machine learning algorithms such as clustering, decision trees, and neural networks.
• Strong mathematical foundation in statistics and algebra.
• Proven ability to manage projects and work within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Scala, Java, or C++.
