Position: Data Science Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $70–$120/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Design realistic, end-to-end data workflows that challenge today's best models. Grade agent performance on complex scenarios in analytics and business intelligence . Build scenarios involving SQL analysis , dashboard builds , and A/B test design .

Develop ETL/ELT pipelines , dbt models , and data quality monitoring . Work on warehouse schema design and Airflow/Dagster DAGs . Collaborate asynchronously and work independently with a focus on long sessions.

Qualifications Must-Have 3+ years as an analytics engineer, BI analyst, data scientist, or data engineer.

Working fluency in at least two of: advanced SQL , dbt , warehousing ( Snowflake , BigQuery , Redshift ), experimentation ( A/B tests ), pipeline orchestration ( Airflow , Dagster ), metric modeling, Python for analysis.

Comfortable with data artifacts: SQL queries , dbt models , experiment readouts, dashboard specs, schema diagrams. Clear written communication; able to articulate reasoning and data decisions step by step. Drawn to long-horizon, challenging problem sets rather than one-off microtasks.
