About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics . The ideal candidate will be responsible for building predictive models, developing scalable ML solutions, analyzing large datasets, and translating business problems into data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain Machine Learning and Statistical models for business use cases.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL and Python .
• Design and implement predictive analytics, classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation models.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for model development and deployment.
• Conduct feature engineering, model validation, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Apply model governance and best practices to ensure model accuracy and scalability.
• Support model deployment in production environments and monitor performance.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python ( XGBoost, Linear regression).
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in complex queries, joins, CTEs, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
