We are seeking an experienced Computer Vision Engineer with expertise in image processing and deep learning to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on developing and optimizing cutting-edge computer vision models for detecting defects in high-resolution silicon die images.

The role will involve applying advanced image processing algorithms to improve the quality of microscopic images, enhancing feature extraction, and handling multi-modal imaging data.

Key Responsibilities

• Defect Detection:
• Design, develop, train, and optimize computer vision models to detect defects in high-resolution silicon die images. Ensure model accuracy and efficiency in defect identification.
• Image Processing:
• Apply and implement advanced image processing techniques, including noise reduction, feature extraction, and image enhancement for microscopic images to improve their clarity and quality.
• Model Optimization:
• Work on optimizing deep learning models for speed and accuracy, focusing on computational efficiency and scalability for real-time applications.
• Multi-Modal Imaging Data:
• Process and analyse multi-modal imaging data, leveraging deep learning and computer vision techniques to extract meaningful insights and improve image analysis performance.
• Research & Development:
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in computer vision, image processing, and deep learning fields. Incorporate innovative solutions and state-of-the-art techniques into the company's computer vision workflows.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and hardware engineers to deploy computer vision solutions into production. Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with junior engineers when necessary.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications:
• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• A masters degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a specialization in Deep Learning or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
• Experience:

a. Proven experience in designing and deploying deep learning models, particularly in computer vision applications such as image classification, object detection, segmentation, and video analytics.

i. Technical Skills

b. Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience in deep learning frameworks like Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or Keras.

c. Familiarity with Data bricks notebooks, MLflow, and Delta Lake for scalable machine learning workflows.

d. Experience with MLOps best practices, including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment.

e. Proficiency in data pre-processing, augmentation, and handling large-scale image/video datasets.

f. Solid understanding of computer vision algorithms, including CNNs, transfer learning, and transformer-based vision models (e.g., ViT).

g. Exposure to natural language processing (NLP) techniques is a plus.

i. Cloud & Infrastructure

h. Strong expertise in Azure cloud ecosystem,

i. Experience working in UNIX/Linux environments and using command-line tools for automation and scripting.

• Soft Skills:

a. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
