About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with 3+ years of experience in developing data-driven solutions and applying machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in statistics, data science, and Python programming, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and optimize machine learning and predictive analytics models.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to derive actionable business insights.
• Develop data pipelines and automate data processing workflows.
• Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into data science solutions.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and visualizations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning technologies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning, and data analysis.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Statistics.
• Candidates from premium institutions are preferred.

Work Model

• Work location: Chennai (Parrys Corner) or Bengaluru (Koramangala).
• A hybrid work option may be considered under a contract employment model.
• For the hybrid contract model, only the fixed compensation will be applicable. Incentives and variable pay will not be provided.
