Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, deploy, and support AI/ML solutions.
• Partner with business teams to identify analytics opportunities and business value.
• Perform data preparation, model development, validation, and deployment.
• Establish model lifecycle management and monitoring processes.
• Design scalable GenAI/LLM solutions and AI platforms.
• Mentor team members and support stakeholder engagement.

Must-Have Skills

• Python with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.
• Machine Learning: Supervised/Unsupervised Learning, Boosting, Neural Networks, XAI.
• GenAI/LLMs: RAG, Embeddings, Prompt Engineering, Vector DBs, Guardrails.
• ML Engineering: Feature Engineering, Training Pipelines, Model Evaluation, Inference Optimization.
• MLOps: MLflow, CI/CD, Model Registry, Monitoring, Drift Detection.
• Cloud: Azure (Compute, Storage, Networking, Security).
• Containers & APIs: Docker, Kubernetes, REST, gRPC.
• Production Operations: Logging, Metrics, Tracing, Observability.
• Security: IAM/RBAC, Secrets Management, Enterprise Governance.

Experience

• 8 + years overall experience.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant Data Science/AI-ML experience.
• Hands-on experience in development, testing, and deployment of AI/ML solutions.

Education

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, MIS, or related field.

Preferred

• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Finance, or Healthcare domains.
• Publications, Research Papers, or Patents.
