Data Science Trainer ( Full Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI concepts using real-world case studies and industry examples.
• Design and update curriculum covering Python, Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Visualization, and AI tools as per current industry standards.
• Train students on popular data science libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Power BI/Tableau.
• Guide students in data preprocessing, data cleaning, model building, evaluation, and deployment techniques.
• Develop hands-on projects, assignments, and capstone projects aligned with real business problems.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance to students, including portfolio building, resume preparation, and interview readiness.
• Conduct assessments, quizzes, and mock interviews to evaluate student performance and learning progress.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Data Analytics and incorporate them into training modules.
• Collaborate with the academic team to improve course quality and learning outcomes.
• Ensure high student engagement, satisfaction, and course completion rates.

Other Day to Day Responsibilities

• Prepare daily lesson plans, presentations, datasets, and coding exercises.
• Conduct live demonstrations, coding sessions, and doubt-solving classes.
• Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback and support.
• Assist students in completing projects using tools like Jupyter Notebook, Google Colab, Excel, SQL, and Python IDEs.
• Review assignments and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Maintain attendance records, performance reports, and training documentation.
• Support students in creating GitHub portfolios and project documentation.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and webinars related to Data Science and AI.
• Coordinate with placement and academic teams to align training with industry job requirements.
• Contribute to creating training materials such as notes, case studies, datasets, and recorded sessions.
