Data Science Professional

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Data Scientist with deep expertise in Data Science Classical Machine Learning to join our growing AI team. You will lead the design and development of data-driven solutions, spanning from predictive models to ML applications that deliver real-world business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, validate, and deploy ML models for classification, prediction, recommendation, etc.
• Translate business problems into data science solutions by closely collaborating with stakeholders.
• Conduct EDA, feature engineering, and data preprocessing on structured/unstructured data.
• Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering/MLOps teams to deploy scalable, production-ready ML solutions.
• Stay current with advancements in GenAI and ML to identify opportunities for business innovation.
• Mentor junior data scientists; review code, models, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying ML solutions.
• Technical Skills: Strong in Python and libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Expertise in building ML models: regression, classification, clustering, time-series.
• Experience with embeddings, prompt engineering, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma).
• Proficient in SQL and handling large datasets.
• Experience with model deployment tools: Docker, FastAPI, MLflow, Streamlit.
• Cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a strong plus.
• Preferred Skills: Experience in NLP, computer vision, or time-series analysis.
• Familiarity with MLOps workflows: CI/CD, automation, and monitoring.
• Exposure to document intelligence, RAG architecture, and enterprise automation.
• Experience in BFSI, retail, healthcare, or related industries is an added advantage.
