Data Science Developer

We are looking for a skilled

Data Science Developer who is passionate about turning raw data into meaningful insights. You will work closely with our data engineering, product, and business teams to develop machine learning models, perform statistical analyses, and build intelligent systems that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
• Design and develop machine learning algorithms and predictive models.
• Implement data visualization tools to communicate data insights effectively.
• Collaborate with software developers to integrate models into production systems.
• Continuously monitor and improve model performance over time.
• Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to guide product and business decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest research and industry trends in data science and AI.
• Document solutions and maintain reproducible pipelines for analysis and model deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Power BI/Tableau.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with real-time data pipelines and big data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning.
• Contributions to open-source projects or Kaggle competitions.
