Summary We are seeking talented Data Scientists with strong expertise in NLP, Python, R, Time Series Forecasting, and Insurance Analytics. The role involves building predictive models, deriving actionable insights, and solving complex business challenges across Reserving and Pricing domains within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy predictive, statistical, and machine learning models to solve business problems in the insurance domain.
• Work on NLP, Time Series Forecasting, and advanced analytics use cases to generate actionable insights.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to support reserving, pricing, risk assessment, and business decision-making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.

Requirements

• 4.5+ years of experience (B1) or 6+ years of experience (B2 and above) in Data Science and Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python and R.
• Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, and Time Series Forecasting techniques.
• Experience working in the Insurance domain, specifically in Reserving and/or Pricing analytics.
• Strong problem-solving, statistical modeling, data visualization, and stakeholder management skills.
