Location: Mumbai (BKC)

Salary: 20k to 25k per month

Industry: Lab-Grown Diamonds / Jewelry (B2B – US Market)

We are looking for a sharp, execution-driven Data Enrichment Specialist who can take ownership of our data quality end-to-end.

This is not a routine data entry role. The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, research-oriented, and capable of making smart decisions on incomplete data. You will be responsible for building reliable, enriched datasets that directly impact sales, marketing, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Data Quality

Clean, standardize, and maintain large datasets across CRM, Excel, and external systems

Identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and gaps, and resolve them proactively

• Data Enrichment (Core Responsibility)

Enrich existing data by sourcing missing information such as emails, phone numbers, company details, and decision-makers

Work across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, websites, tools, directories, etc.)

• Multi-Source Data Handling

Consolidate and reconcile data from multiple sources (internal systems, APIs, third-party tools)

Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems

• Smart Research & Decision Making

Apply judgment when data is incomplete, conflicting, or unavailable

Choose the most reliable sources and validate information independently

• Continuous Improvement

Identify gaps in current data processes and suggest improvements

Explore new tools, automation opportunities, and enrichment strategies

• High Responsiveness

Stay on top of data requirements from Sales and Business teams

Deliver quick and accurate updates with minimal follow-ups

Skills & Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Excel / Google Sheets / CRM
• Excellent internet research and data validation skills
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit is a plus
• Basic understanding of data structures, APIs, or automation is an added advantage
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Good to Have

• Experience in diamond, jewelry, or luxury product industry
• Exposure to B2B data (US market preferred)
