Role Summary

We are looking for a versatile Data Qualified to join our cross-functional team. You will be responsible for managing large-scale datasets, building automated pipelines, and delivering actionable insights using Python and modern BI tools. A unique focus of this role involves working within the Workday/HCM ecosystem to drive people-analytics strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Engineering: Manage, process, and analyze large volumes of data using Big Data tools.
• Algorithm Development: Design, prepare, and execute complex algorithms using Python to solve business problems.
• Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Automation: Build data automation workflows using Excel and Python to eliminate manual processes.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Required Technical Skills

• Languages: Expert-level Python (Data Science libraries) and Advanced Excel.
• Tools: Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI.
• Infrastructure: Experience with Big Data tools and frameworks.
• Domain: (Preferred) Understanding of Workday and the HCM Data module.
