Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and weekly operations, ensuring smooth execution of data processes.
• Monitor ETL pipeline refreshes, perform data validations, and support root cause analysis for data issues.
• Serve as the primary client contact for operational updates and issue escalations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through emails, reports, and meetings while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in KTLO operations and data management.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, ETL processes, data investigations, and refresh monitoring.
• Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Experience working in SLA-driven operational environments.
