We are looking for a highly skilled Data Engineer + Data Scientist with 7+ years of experience across Data Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL, Python, PySpark, Microsoft Fabric, ETL/ELT, Data Modelling, Machine Learning, and Cloud Data Platforms. Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or RAG will be an added advantage.

Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon (Currently Remote)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines and data solutions using SQL, Python, PySpark, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, integration, and data quality processes across cloud data platforms.
• Analyze complex datasets, develop dashboards, and generate actionable business insights through statistical and analytical techniques.
• Build, validate, and deploy Machine Learning models including Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Clustering, Random Forest, and other supervised/unsupervised algorithms.
• Lead or mentor a small team, conduct code reviews, drive technical best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Science/Analytics with strong hands-on expertise in SQL and Python.
• Strong experience in ETL/ELT, PySpark, Data Modelling, Data Warehousing, and Cloud Data Platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern Data Engineering technologies.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Statistical Analysis, Dashboards, Data Visualization, and Business Analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience mentoring technical teams.
