Job Description

Total Years of Experience -5Yrs

Strong hands on experience with VSAM, COBOL, JCL, DB2 for z/OS, and copybook analysis.

Critical skills - IIDR CDC, DataGate for VSAM, Datagate for DB2, CP4D, watsonx.data, Iceberg, AWS.

Develop or modify Python/Spark/SQL scripts used for post ingestion processing.

Daily monitoring of CDC pipelines, DataGate connectors, and Lakehouse ingestion jobs.

Strong hands on experience with VSAM, COBOL, JCL, DB2 for z/OS, and copybook analysis.

Deep experience with IIDR CDC (InfoSphere Data Replication).

Hands on experience with DataGate for VSAM and DataGate for DB2

Experience with CP4D, watsonx.data, Iceberg tables, and AWS cloud services.

Familiarity with Spark, Python, SQL, and Lakehouse ingestion patterns.

Ability to map VSAM/DB2 structures to Iceberg tables
