Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will work closely with multiple departments to create meaningful reports and dashboards using Apache Superset, Looker studio. The analyst will extract, transform, and analyze data from CRM using MySQL and present insights through dashboards and Excel reports. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with raw data.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Analysis: Understand reporting requirements from departments. Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, reports) to support decision-making.

• Reporting: Write optimized MySQL queries. Develop interactive dashboards and regular reports to visualize data insights using tools like Excel, Apache Superset, Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Data Modeling: Apply statistical techniques and models to interpret data and generate insights.
• Data Quality & Accuracy: Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits and addressing discrepancies.
• Understanding of Tools: Learn new features of Website, LMS, CRM and reporting tools quickly
• Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics to help identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Support: Coordinate with development and product teams for data clarity. Work with other teams to provide ad-hoc data requests and create custom reports as needed.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

Technical Skills

•

• Proficiency in databases and data warehousing solutions (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced), MYSQL.
• Ability to optimize complex MySQL queries
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Apache superset, Quicksight, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Softskills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
