DaaS Finance Senior Analyst

Compile monthly, quarterly and annual accounts for all Legal Entities worldwide in a timely, accurate and effective manner.

• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Minimum 5 years of experience (or equivalent) in the field of Accounting & Finance
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics, or other ERP systems is an asset.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query is considered a strong asset.
• Good understanding of financial processes, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Experience with process automation, financial controls, treasury and reporting improvements is an advantage.
• Understanding of leasing/rental business models, asset management, international taxation, or logistics/shipping processes is an advantage, inventory accounting
• Analyse DaaS financial and operational data to ensure accuracy of assets, stock, invoices, depreciation, and revenue-related transactions.
• Perform regular reconciliations between multiple systems and financial data sources.
• Validate device, stock, and financial records and investigate discrepancies.
• Support monthly closing activities by preparing, reviewing, and reconciling financial data.
• Support cash flow forecasting, payment tracking, and financial planning activities.
• Cooperate closely with Procurement, SCM, PMO, Invoicing, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and Controlling teams to ensure end-to-end financial consistency.
• Ensure correct financial treatment of purchases, rental models, resell transactions, and related cost allocations.
• Support automation initiatives and process improvements
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance with accounting and tax
