D365 Admin / Infrastructure Support Engineer

Role Summary

The D365 Admin/Infra Support Engineer will manage D365 environment administration, LCS, Azure, release management, monitoring, access/security support and platform readiness for Dev/Test/UAT/Production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor D365 F&O/CE environments.
• Manage LCS activities, environment provisioning, package deployments and environment refreshes.
• Support release management, deployment planning, production deployment coordination and rollback readiness.
• Support Azure DevOps pipelines/build coordination where applicable.
• Manage access, security roles, user permissions and license-related support activities.
• Monitor environment health, performance and platform alerts.
• Support database refresh, upgrades, hotfixes and one-version update planning.
• Coordinate with Microsoft/ISV teams where platform-level issues require escalation.
• Maintain runbooks, deployment notes and environment documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+yrs Experience in D365 administration, release management or infrastructure support.
• Hands-on knowledge of LCS and Azure.
• Experience with Dev/Test/UAT/Prod environment management.
• Azure DevOps pipeline/build/release knowledge.
• Understanding of deployments, DB refreshes, security roles, monitoring and upgrades.

Experience with incident/change/release management processes.
