Cybersecurity Business Analyst

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Cybersecurity / Technology domains.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex technical issues in simple, actionable language.
• Hands-on experience in eliciting requirements, functional documentation, process modelling, and business process mapping.
• Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Disciplined Agile) and experience working in large transformation programs.
• Experience with DevOps pipeline tools (Jenkins, Ansible) and business process/documentation tools.
• Strong data analysis skills, with experience in visualization tools & techniques.
• Prior experience in Quality Assurance / UAT support, requirement testing, and validation.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated, global multi-national environment, with understanding of compliance and risk controls (e.g., GDPR, Data Protection).
• Preferred / Good-to-Have Exposure to cybersecurity controls and defensive technologies.
• Experience in budget/resource planning and managing product backlogs (epics, user stories).
• Certifications in business analysis / project management / cybersecurity are an added advantage.
