Cyber Security Data & Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a Cyber Security Data & Reporting Analyst to support Vodafone’s Cyber Health Adaptive Risk Method (CHARM) by leveraging data to enable informed, risk‑based decision‑making. The role focuses on integrating and managing data feeds within central platforms such as Qlik Sense and Google Cloud Data Lake, ensuring high data accuracy, and delivering meaningful insights through dashboards and reporting for senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with data owners and Markets/Entities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data feeds.
• Onboard new data feeds in alignment with defined architecture and processes using Google Cloud Platform and Qlik.
• Support reporting and tracking of delivery against Global Cyber Security strategic objectives and key performance indicators.
• Implement and maintain automation and real‑time analytics for Cyber Security Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Deliver accurate senior management reporting, including monthly dashboards and presentations to leadership teams.
• Collaborate with global and market single points of contact to consolidate programme and KRI reporting.
• Monitor performance indicators, including onboarding progress, data accuracy and timeliness, and recommend improvements based on analysis.

Who You Are

• Experienced in working with data platforms such as Qlik Sense and Google Cloud Platform.
• Skilled in analysing data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for decision‑making.
• Able to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders across global teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on data quality, validation, and reporting accuracy.
• Comfortable handling multiple data feeds and implementing automation for analytics and reporting.
• Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
