About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cyber Security Analyst to join our Security Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring security events, analyzing alerts, investigating incidents, and supporting the management of SIEM solutions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Cyber Security, SOC, or SIEM technologies.

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor security alerts and events from SIEM platforms.

· Perform initial triage and analysis of security incidents.

· Investigate suspicious activities and escalate security incidents when required.

· Review logs from firewalls, servers, endpoints, Active Directory, and cloud environments.

· Assist in SIEM rule creation, tuning, and optimization.

· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly security monitoring reports.

· Support threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management activities.

· Work with IT teams to identify and remediate security issues.

· Maintain incident documentation and investigation records.

· Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, attack techniques, and security best practices.

Required Skills

· Basic understanding of Cyber Security concepts and principles.

· Knowledge of SIEM solutions such as Microsoft Sentinel,

· Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, VPN).

· Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.

· Basic knowledge of firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· B.Tech/B.E., BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science), M.Sc. (IT/Cyber Security), or equivalent.

· Certifications such as Security+, SC-900, SC-200, or Certified SOC Analyst (CSA) are an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
