Customer Success Manager

Role Description The Customer Success Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka. This role is responsible for managing the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and training to ongoing support and renewal, ensuring that clients achieve maximum value from Solaris’s solutions and services. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring customer satisfaction metrics, proactively addressing concerns, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery. The Customer Success Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, facilitate regular check-ins and reviews, and support retention and growth initiatives. The role also involves analyzing customer data and feedback to recommend improvements in processes, products, and customer experience.

• Customer Retention and Relationship Building skills to maintain long-term partnerships and minimize churn.
• Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across sales, operations, and support teams.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or client services, preferably in equipment rental, industrial, or B2B services environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced, on-site setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications; familiarity with customer satisfaction measurement methods is an advantage.
